Plating Basket
iZi-plastics manufactures perforated baskets for processing parts and placing anodic material.

The baskets are made from polymeric materials: polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and others. The dimensions and configuration of the plating baskets are chosen taking into account the customer's wishes.

Plating baskets can be reinforced with a steel profile pipe, but in this case, the steel elements will not come into contact with the harmful chemical environment, as there is an option to hermetically seal these elements with plastic, which will prevent corrosion and leaks.

We also offer an option of chemical and corrosion-resistant coating of ready-made metal baskets with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Chemically resistant PVC coatings are resistant to all organic solvents, hot and cold solutions, as well as many acids and alkalis.

Why is a Plating Baskets so good?
            Support:
Plating baskets offer several distinct advantages that make them highly effective and valuable in the plating industry. Here's why plating baskets are considered so beneficial:

            1. Uniform Treatment: Plating baskets ensure that parts are evenly exposed to the plating solution, facilitating uniform coating. Their design allows for the movement of parts within the basket during the plating process, which helps achieve consistent finishes across all parts.

            2. Increased Productivity: By accommodating multiple parts in a single batch, plating baskets significantly increase throughput. This bulk processing capability is particularly advantageous for high-volume manufacturing, reducing the overall time required for the plating process.

            3. Versatility: They can be used with a wide range of materials and plating solutions, making them suitable for various applications, including decorative plating, corrosion resistance, and enhancing electrical conductivity. Plating baskets can handle parts of different shapes and sizes, providing flexibility in processing.

            4. Chemical Resistance: Made from materials like polypropylene, polyethylene, and PVC, plating baskets offer excellent resistance to chemicals used in plating baths. This durability ensures they can be reused across numerous cycles without degradation.

            5. Safety and Handling: Baskets minimize the need for manual handling of individual parts, reducing the risk of chemical exposure and physical injury. This improves workplace safety and efficiency.

            6. Cost-Effectiveness: Their reusable nature and the ability to process large volumes of parts at once make plating baskets a cost-effective solution for metal finishing operations. They help reduce labor costs and increase the efficiency of the plating process.

            7. Customizability: Plating baskets can be custom-designed to meet specific requirements, including size, shape, and material composition. This allows for optimal performance in specific plating environments and applications.

            8. Prevention of Part Damage: The design of plating baskets helps prevent damage to delicate parts during the plating process by providing a secure environment that minimizes direct contact and collision between parts.

            9. Improved Quality Control: Consistent and even exposure to plating solutions helps ensure high-quality finishes, reducing the need for rework and minimizing scrap rates.

In summary, plating baskets enhance the efficiency, safety, and quality of the plating process, making them an invaluable tool in various industries that rely on metal finishing.
